2026 Grammy Awards winners: Bad Bunny made history / Kendrick Lamar and Billie Eilish among the winners

Bad Bunny won, on Sunday night, at the Grammy Awards, the most important trophy of the evening, that for Album of the Year. It also made history: it is the first time that the trophy has been won by an artist whose complete album is in a language other than English, writes the BBC. It is about the album “Debi tirar mas fotos”, which is in Spanish.
Kendrick Lamar, who had the most nominations at nine, won five trophies, including “record of the year” – for Luther – a collaboration with SZA.
And Billie Eilish won the trophy for Song of the Year with “Wildflower”. British artist Olivia Dean won the award for Best New Artist.
Besides the Grammy trophies, Bad Bunny, SZA, Billie Eilish and Olivia Dean had something else in common: they spoke out in favor of immigrants. Bad Bunny even directly condemned ICE's actions.
