In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, water was returned to residents of the village of the Rybinsk Municipal District after the intervention of the prosecutor's office.

The regional supervisory agency said that in the village of Aleksandrovka at the beginning of January 2026 there was a sharp drop in pressure in the centralized cold water supply system, and then water began to flow into many houses in a thin trickle or disappeared altogether.

“The cause turned out to be a malfunction of the deep-well pump at the water intake. The prosecutor also opened an administrative case against the director of the company. according to Part 1 of Art. 7.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation about violation of the requirements of the law on water supply and sanitation, resulting in a violation of the rights of residents.

The issue of recalculating fees for incomplete and insufficient provision of utility services is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
