“The cause turned out to be a malfunction of the deep-well pump at the water intake. The prosecutor also opened an administrative case against the director of the company. according to Part 1 of Art. 7.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation about violation of the requirements of the law on water supply and sanitation, resulting in a violation of the rights of residents.
The issue of recalculating fees for incomplete and insufficient provision of utility services is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
