The supervisory board of KGHM dismissed Andrzej Szydło from the position of president and Piotr Stryczek from the position of vice-president for corporate affairs and delegated Remigiusz Paszkiewicz to temporarily perform the duties of president and vice-president of the management board for corporate affairs – the company announced in a press release.

As reported, the supervisory board adopted a resolution on delegating a member of the supervisory board – Remigiusz Paszkiewicz, to temporarily perform the duties of president of the management board and vice-president of the management board for corporate affairs for the period from January 30, 2026 until the date of resolution of the qualification proceedings for the positions of president and vice-president of the management board for corporate affairs, but for a period no longer than three months.
