According to the trainer, bloating is often associated not only with food – the stomach reacts very sensitively to the state of the nervous system.
The reasons may be:
- stress;
- rush while eating;
- disorders of the gastrointestinal tract;
- hormonal changes;
- lack of water;
- sensitivity to certain products.
