Before cooking mushrooms, they need to be cleaned and sorted.
Preparation again
- Place the mushrooms in a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.
- As soon as the water boils, drain it, place the mushrooms in a colander and rinse.
- Place the honey mushrooms back into the pan and fill with clean water. Bring water to a boil, add salt and spices. Cook honey mushrooms for 20–25 minutes after the water boils.
- If necessary, remove foam from the surface.
- Place the mushrooms in a colander to drain excess liquid.
