What decay! Carlo Casap, double champion of Romania, was introduced to the new team: “Welcome!”

The announcement was made by the club, through a statement published on social networks. At the end of November he was introduced to KF Prishtina e Re, a formation from Kosovo, but the adventure ended before it really began, after two months.

Now, he returns to Romanian football and will fight to avoid relegation to League 3.

Born on December 29, 1998 in Timișoara, the central midfielder was brought up in the youth center of Poli, and from 2012 he moved to Viitorul Constanța. With the club from Dobrogea (later FCV Farul) he experienced the greatest professional satisfactions: he became champion of Romania twice, in 2017 and 2023, and in 2019 he won the Romanian Cup and Supercup. He also performed at Concordia Chiajna and FC Botoșani domestically, and his last registration was in the first league of Kosovo, at KF Prishtina e Re.

In total, he collected 107 matches and 8 goals in the first echelon of our country. He was a youth international of Romania, with 4 selections for the U21 national team.

Carlo Casap played the last official match on March 15, 2025, when Farul Constanța drew at home with Poli Iasi, score 0-0.
