In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police seized from sale a batch of unmarked tobacco products worth approximately 1 million rubles
Pabout information from the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region, illegal sale of chewing tobacco V an especially large amount was detected in one of the retail outlets in Minusinsk.
“During the operational search activities, the police established that a Minusinsk businessman born in 1995ode rbirth was engaged in the sale of illegal snus. Inside the store, employees discovered and seized about 94 units of nicotine-containing products with a total value of 940 thousand rubles. Everything seized was sent for examination,” the regional police clarified.
According to this fact regarding a 30 year old entrepreneur a criminal case was initiated under Part 5 of Article 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He is facing up to 3 years of imprisonment.
