By mid-February, my stomach was tightened and my thighs became more defined: just three exercises for 8 minutes a day

I want to enter February with lightness in my body, a toned stomach and slender hips without grueling workouts and diets. This is real if you “turn on” the deep muscles of the core and pelvis. Just three simple movements that you can do at home, even in pajamas, will help restore tone and improve your silhouette.

1. Lying leg raise

  • Lie on your back with your arms along your body or under your lower back for support.
  • As you exhale, slowly lift one straight leg up, and as you inhale, lower it.
  • Repeat 12-15 times on each leg.

This exercise gently engages the lower abdomen and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles.

2. Seated body rotations

  • Sit on the floor, knees slightly bent, feet on the floor.
  • Place your hands in front of your chest or hold them behind your head, without straining your neck.
  • Slowly turn your body to the right and left, keeping your back straight.
  • Perform 20 turns, 10 in each direction.

The movement activates the oblique muscles and improves waist contour.

3. Snake – gentle abdominal traction

  • Kneel down on your heels. Stretch your arms forward.
  • As you exhale, slowly straighten your knees, stretching your body forward, as if you were reaching for a wall.
  • As you inhale, return to the starting position.
  • Repeat 10-12 times.

This movement improves digestion, relieves abdominal tension, and gently engages your core muscles.

Do this complex every day. After just 5-7 days you will notice that your movements have become freer, and by mid-February your stomach will look smoother and your hips will become visually slimmer.
