• The 13th and 14th place teams will be paired with the 19th and 20th place teams.

• The 15th and 16th place teams will be paired with the 17th and 18th place teams.

Starting with this round, teams from the same championships can meet in head-to-head matches. Also, in the play-offs, teams can be paired with opponents from the group. The first leg of the play-offs will be played on February 17 and 18, with the second leg on February 24 and 25.
