In 2026, in Achinsk and Lesosibirsk, within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, the construction of three houses for those displaced from emergency housing will begin.

In Lesosibirsk, another new five-story building will appear in the Yubileiny microdistrict, where 13 apartment buildings were built as part of the previous resettlement program. The new building is designed for 97 apartments, which will allow the resettlement of about 4 thousand square meters of emergency housing.

In Achinsk, two 9-story buildings will be built in the South-Eastern microdistrict. There are 270 apartments planned in the high-rise buildings, which will make it possible to resettle about 12 thousand square meters of emergency housing.

“The construction of houses will be completed in 2027,” the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services reported.

Let us recall that from 2025 to 2030, a resettlement program is in effect in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which includes about a thousand apartment buildings recognized as unsafe from 2017 to 2022. Over six years, it is planned to resettle more than 20 thousand people from 377 thousand square meters of dilapidated houses.

There are plans to resettle about 1,800 people by 2026 through the provision of housing on the secondary housing market or payment of compensation.
