Ukrainian drones attacked a refinery in the city of Slavyansk on the Kuban in the Krasnodar Krai in southern Russia on the night from Sunday to Monday, the Ukrainian General Staff reported on Facebook.

“This refinery is part of Russia's energy base and is involved in securing the operations of the aggressor's armed forces,” wrote a statement from the Ukrainian General Staff. Explosions were allegedly caused by drone strikes at the plant, as confirmed by recordings posted on the Telegram messenger and published by local Russian media.
The annual crude oil processing capacity of this refinery, owned by the Slavyansk Eko company, is 4 million tons.
According to information from the Ukrainian side, over the last 24 hours, Russian army warehouses in the occupied areas of the Donetsk and Zaporizhia oblasts, as well as areas of concentration of forces in the Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts, close to the front line, were also attacked.
The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, General Oleksandr Syrski, informed in an interview for the LB.ua portal that in 2025, 719 attacks were carried out on Russian support and infrastructure, which reduced the Russian budget by approximately USD 15 billion. (PAP)
