According to Multisport's research, every third of us do not intend to leave their place of residence during this year's holidays. Among those who decide on vacation, the most popular choice is rest in the country – 51 percent declare it. respondents, while 28 percent He plans to go abroad.

Most often, vacation lasts from 8 to 14 days, which indicates 44 percent. respondents, and a week of free declares 34 percent. Only every tenth Pole allows himself for a longer, three -week rest. Active rest instead of laziness
Poles are increasingly choosing an active way to spend their holidays. The most popular forms are Walks (63 percent), visiting cities and monuments (43 percent) and cycling (33 percent). Among seasonal activities, swimming in natural water reservoirs (31 %), mountain trips and trekking (19 %), canoeing or SUP (11 %) and fitness in the open air (7 percent) reigns. Poles belong to the most busy nations in the European Union – we work on average 38.9 hours a week. Short, two -week vacation is not always enough for full regeneration, which is why everyday forms of rest are becoming more and more important. – Vacation can work wonders for our mental condition – if we remember about regular movement, sleep and avoid stimulants – says Mateusz Majchrzak.
