A drunk resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory beat the daughter of a SVO member because of hostility

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court recovered compensation for moral damages from a resident of the Irbeysko-Sayan district in favor of the daughter of a SVO participant.

The supervisory agency said that during patronage of military families, it turned out that in June 2025, a drunk 44-year-old woman beat the daughter of a special operation participant because of an old hostile relationship. The incident occurred in the village of Preobrazhenka on a playground on the territory of a local club.

“After this, the child experienced not only pain, but also a psychological blow. She began to be afraid to leave the house, even at such a young age her blood pressure periodically rose, arrhythmia appeared, and her heart rhythm was disturbed. All this is a consequence of the fear and humiliation experienced. The woman herself did not admit guilt and stated that the child was to blame for everything, who allegedly insulted her with obscene language,” clarified by the regional prosecutor's office.

As a result, by decision of the prosecutor, in addition to the administrative case, the girl’s rights were protected in court. A claim for compensation for moral damage was filed on her behalf. The court upheld the claim and awarded 50 thousand rubles in favor of the victim.lei.

Zand the woman who committed beating has already been brought to administrative responsibility By Art. 6.1.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court sentenced her to 60 hours of compulsory work.
