At the request of the prosecutor's office, bailiffs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory returned the St. Petersburg illegally collected funds.

The victim addressed the problem to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. During the check, it turned out that her full namesake lives in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – not only the full name is the same, but also the date of birth. It was this woman who had significant debts.

“When trying to collect funds from a real debtor, the bailiff made a mistake: he mixed up SNILS and TIN. As a result, money in the amount of 3 thousand 500 rubles were written off not from the one who had debts, but from the account of a law-abiding citizen from St. Petersburg,” the prosecutor’s office said.

After establishing the fact of the error a presentation was made to the head of the regional administration of the FSSP. Currently, the rights of the injured St. Petersburg woman have been fully restored, all illegally withheld funds have been returned to her account.
