More than 70 Krasnoyarsk families will move from dilapidated houses to new buildings

In Krasnoyarsk, they began issuing keys to new apartments to families who are being relocated from emergency housing. This was reported by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the region.
The new housing is located in houses on Norilskaya Street. More than 70 families will move there from dilapidated houses on Aralskaya, Armeyskaya, Krasnopresnenskaya, Kutuzov, Lvovskaya, Svobodnaya, Sverdlovskaya, Stanochnaya, Uchumskaya and Energetikov streets. Residents are provided with one- and two-room apartments with fine finishing. They are completely ready to move in.
“I arrived, walked around the new house, looked at my future apartment, I was satisfied with everything, everything is just great here! I won’t even take anything from the old apartment, I’ll buy everything new,” said new resident Sergei Bokiy.
By the end of the year, more than 900 people will receive new housing in Krasnoyarsk under the resettlement program. Some residents will be resettled through compensation payments, others will be provided with apartments on the secondary market. In total, in 2026, at least 1,800 people will be resettled from dilapidated houses in the region. Resettlement will take place in Krasnoyarsk, Yeniseisk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk, Nazarovo, Sharypovo, Ilansky, Zaozerny, Igarka and other settlements.
From 2025 to 2030, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory there is a program of resettlement from houses recognized as unsafe from 2017 to 2022. Over six years they plan to resettle 377 thousand square meters. meters of emergency housing, where more than 20 thousand people live.
