In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, after the intervention of the prosecutor's office, residents of the Kansky district were recalculated for services of inadequate quality.

The supervisory agency said that from October 2024 to June 2025, residents of several settlements in the Kansky district regularly paid the established tariff for cold water, which came through worn-out networks. The quality of service left much to be desired.

“The prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection and found that the funds received from consumers were partly unjust enrichment. The supervisory agency made a representation to the management of the enterprise, demanding that violations be eliminated, funds returned, and the cost of services recalculated for the period of inadequate water supply. The prosecutor’s demands were satisfied: 1,805 subscribers were recalculated for a total amount of 1.1 million rubles,” explained the regional supervisory agency.
