One of the sons of Ramzan Kadîrov is, at the age of 9, the owner of a villa worth 10 million dollars

Two of the sons of the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadîrov became, since childhood, the owners of luxury real estate in the center of the capital Grozny, with a total value estimated at about 1.3 billion rubles (nearly 17 million dollars), according to a report by the investigative project Можем описание (We Can Explain).

The eldest of them, 19-year-old Ali Kadîrov, is listed as the owner of a plot of land of about 4,500 square meters and a villa of more than 1,300 square meters, located just a few hundred meters from his father's residence. The investigation estimates the value of the property at more than 500 million rubles.
Ali runs the “Ahmat” wrestling club, has received awards from the Chechen authorities and has already had official meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Abdullah Kadîrov came into possession of a huge fortune since he was 7 years old
In the immediate vicinity lives his younger brother, Abdullah, who at only 9 years old, has been the owner of a palace of about 2,000 square meters since he was 7 years old. The building ended up in his name after Ramzan Kadîrov rented the land, transferred it to the child's name, and later it was privatized.
The estimated value of the property amounts to 800 million rubles (nearly $10 million).
In the same neighborhood is the home of another son of the Chechen leader, Adam Kadîrov, owner of a four-story mansion valued at around 750 million rubles. In order to ensure a direct view of the residence of the Kadîrov family, a nearby building would have been demolished.
We Can Explain investigators point out that none of the children have official sources of income to justify such purchases, which raises questions about the source of the funds.
We remind you that one of Ramzan Kadîrov's sons, Adam Kadîrov (who recently turned 18), suffered minor injuries in a road accident on January 16, while he was in an official convoy. Although he was rushed to Moscow, local doctors claim that his injuries did not require such an urgent intervention.
