“I have been silent for years, trying to keep everything a secret. Unfortunately, my parents have left me no choice but to tell the truth,” he wrote. “I do not want to put up with my family. For the first time in my life, I am standing up for my rights. My entire life, my parents controlled the press coverage of events concerning our family. Explicit posts on social networks, family events and insincere relationships have been an integral part of my life since birth.”
In the second post, the Beckham son said that his parents want to destroy his marriage with American actress Nicola Peltz, the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz.
“My parents are endlessly trying to destroy my relationship even before my wedding, and it doesn’t stop. My mother at the last moment canceled sewing a dress for Nicola, and she had to urgently look for a new dress,” he noted.
He also accused his mother of disrupting his wedding dance with his wife.
“My romantic dance with my wife was planned, but my mother was waiting for me to dance with me. She danced with me very inappropriately in front of everyone. In my entire life, I have never felt so awkward and humiliated,” he admitted.
The Beckhams' eldest son said that his wife was constantly subjected to disrespectful treatment from his family, despite the fact that they themselves tried to unite.
“My mother repeatedly invited women from my past, clearly with the intention of making us both uncomfortable. Despite this, we still went to London for my father's birthday and were turned away for a week while we waited in a hotel room, trying to arrange time with him. He also denied rumors that his wife allegedly controls him.
“I was controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, after I moved away from my family, that anxiety disappeared,” he wrote. “Every morning I wake up feeling grateful for the life I have chosen and find peace and tranquility. My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, the press or manipulation. All we want is peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”
