“Nikitin stated that in 2017-2018. the head of the economic security department of the transport police, Anatoly Nazhmetdinov, together with the head of the Krasnoyarsk customs post, Marat Dudarov and his brother Eldar, as well as other transport police officers, put pressure on him. In particular, they demanded the conclusion of agreements between housing and communal services enterprises in the city of Igarka and companies controlled by them in the field of transportation and supply of goods. In return, Nikitin was promised patronage,” the lawyer said.
At the same time, according to Alexander Khropot, in their actions, transport police officers referred to the Krasnoyarsk transport prosecutor, and currently the West Siberian transport prosecutor, Ilya Sukhonosov.

“Due to the fact that Natarov, as a deputy elected to the State Duma from the northern group of districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the request of Nikitin and municipal deputies delved into the critical state of the housing and communal services of the city of Igarka, initiated meetings with the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a group of law enforcement officers decided to exclude Natarov’s influence and opened criminal cases, first against his son Anton and members of the LDPR, then against himself,” the lawyer said.
He also said that according to Nikitin, as well as a judicial request to the tax authorities, through the company Restro LLC, controlled by Nazhmetdinov and Dudarov, under contracts with enterprises in the city of Igarka in 2017 and 2018. more than 100 million rubles have passed.
