The mechanism used by Allegro, which makes it difficult for customers to choose the form of parcel delivery, significantly reduces InPost's volumes in Poland – says Rafał Brzoska, president of InPost.

“This mechanism is consistently used by Allegro. We see that 1/3 of the parcels originally selected by users are affected by a forced change by Allegro. If this mechanism did not exist, the volumes, especially in Poland, would be much higher,” said Rafał Brzoska during Wednesday's press conference.

We do not talk about the actions we are taking or will take unless it is necessary to publish such actions – he added when asked whether InPost intends to take other actions against Allegro in addition to referring the case to the arbitration court.

In September 2025, InPost referred the case against Allegro to an arbitration court. The owner of the parcel locker network imposed a fine of PLN 98.7 million on the largest e-commerce platform in Poland for making it difficult for customers to choose the delivery method. Allegro considers the claims to be groundless.

In total, InPost handled 1.4 billion parcels in 2025, which means a year-on-year increase of 25%.

In Poland, in 2025, InPost increased the volume of shipments by 8%. y/y to 763.1 million.

In 2025, InPost handled 339.5 million parcels in Eurozone, which translated into 17%. growth y/y

UK parcel volume in 2025 reached 262.1 million, an increase of 181%. y/y. (PAP Business)
