
The author of the Romanian YouTube channel about floriculture Orchid Goddess (“Goddess of Orchids”) on January 16 told how to prepare “miraculous garlic water with aspirin” for an orchid.
The author of the video noted that garlic-aspirin infusion is recommended for use if brown spots appear on orchids or root growth has slowed down. The florist assured that thanks to this feeding, the plant will begin to actively form new flower stalks.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 500 ml water;
- 1 aspirin tablet;
Preparation and use of infusion
- Chop the garlic. Place it in a glass jar and fill it with water.
- Dissolve aspirin in water. Mix thoroughly.
- Leave in the refrigerator for two days to allow everything to infuse.
- Strain the infusion and dilute with 500 ml of water.
- Once a month, place a pot of orchids in this infusion. allowing the roots to be saturated with fertilizing.
The florist advised using this infusion to also support the orchid after transplantation or during seasonal changes.
