T2 will protect all subscribers from phishing for free

16 January 12:40
T2, a Russian mobile operator, announces the completion of a large-scale implementation of the Anti-Phishing service. Using the T2 function, it will provide subscribers with round-the-clock security when working on the Internet without additional actions on the part of users. The service will become another element of the SafeWall multi-level cybersecurity platform, available free of charge to all operator subscribers.
T2 provided a free Anti-Phishing service to all subscribers. The service, developed in partnership with Solar, automatically blocks transitions to phishing and malicious sites. The function will protect T2 clients from theft of personal data, logins, passwords and banking information. The threat database includes more than 45 thousand known fraudulent resources and is updated hourly. This allows you to quickly respond to new threats.
T2 has opened access to the Anti-Phishing service as part of the free base layer of the SafeWall multi-level protection system. The platform already includes smart blocking of suspicious calls, a free voice assistant, protection against hidden subscriptions and automatic call tagging. The basic level also protects all subscribers from unauthorized attempts to log into their accounts on State Services, makes it possible to request reports on personal data leaks from Solar and includes other free T2 security services.
“Protection against cyber fraudsters should not depend on the tariff plan. Everyone who uses T2 mobile communications is automatically protected from phishing, even if they hear this word for the first time. We do not ask users to understand the types of threats, but build protection directly into the network: the service works 24/7, blocks tens of thousands of fraudulent sites and is updated every hour. Thus, T2 continues to make the digital environment safe by default,” noted Director of Product and Customer Experience Andrey Borzov.
