As reported by “The Korea Herald”, special prosecutor Cho Eun-seok's team on Tuesday asked the court to sentence the former president of South Korea to death. “Insurrection is a crime that threatens the fundamental order established by the constitution,” the special prosecutor said during a sentencing hearing held at the Seoul District Court.
