Cosmin Olăroiu, 56, the United Arab Emirates coach, expands his business portfolio and enters into a partnership for the development of a large real estate project in a key area of Bucharest.
Cosmin Olăroiu became a partner in an investment company with Israeli capital, taking over half of its shares, according to information published by profit.ro. His involvement consisted in a capital increase, achieved by the contribution of some land he owns in the Obor area, on the site of the former Izolatelur factory.
Following this association with Hagag Development Europe, the residential project H East Residence will be developed. The complex will be an impressive one, consisting of seven buildings that will include 568 apartments. The project also provides for 824 parking spaces and a commercial area of 5,000 square meters.
Through this transaction, which involved a capital increase of 14 million euros, Olăroiu obtained 50% of the development company.

Olăroiu, an active investor on the real estate market
This new business is not Cosmin Olăroiu's first foray into real estate. In recent years, the coach has successfully completed two luxury residential projects, both in Bucharest and in Constanța.
One of the notable projects is the Wida Mamaia Residence, which involved the renovation and modernization of the former Mamaia Hotel. The complex owned by Olăroiu is located in a prestigious location, in the vicinity of the Iaki hotel, owned by Gheorghe Hagi.
Also, in 2022, Olăroiu completed the Kiseleff 16 project, an exclusive residential complex that houses some of the most expensive apartments in the Capital.
