The next WOŚP finale will be coming soon. This is how Poles evaluate Jerzy Owsiak's action


The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, which has already completed 33 finals, has so far collected a total of almost PLN 2.6 billion. The money was credited to the accounts of many medical facilities and was spent primarily on the purchase of specialized equipment for hospitals and children's wards. This year, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity finale will be devoted to gastrointestinal diseases in children. The collected funds will be used to purchase equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of diseases. Will Poles support Owsiak and WOŚP? The mood around the next final was examined by SW Research commissioned by “Wprost”.

Survey results. Young Poles support WOŚP
According to the survey, 72 percent Poles declared that they would support WOŚP in 2026. As “Wprost” points out, this is a higher result than in the survey conducted a year earlier. 17.2 percent respondents opposed the action, and 10.8 percent she doesn't know if it would support her or not. Support for WOŚP is surprisingly divided in terms of gender and age. Among the people who support Owsiak's campaign, the majority are women (76.8%), people up to 24 years of age (82.4%), with basic/vocational education (75.3%) and from cities with up to 20,000 inhabitants. inhabitants (77.9%).

On the other side, those who responded negatively are mostly: men (22.5%), people over 50 years of age (18.8%), with primary/lower secondary education (24.1%) and from cities with a population of 200-499 thousand. inhabitants (28.6%).
SW Research conducted a study using online interviews (808 interviews) with a representative sample of Polish women and men over 18 years of age in terms of the total distribution of gender, age and size of town.
