On Tuesday, January 6, two tourists were injured in the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park.

As reported by KSKU “Rescuer”, a 51-year-old woman injured her arm, and later a 25-year-old man needed help with a knee injury. Regional rescuers provided first aid to the victims and took them to Sverdlovskaya Street.

“These cases serve as another reminder that visiting Krasnoyarsk Pillars requires a responsible approach to one’s own safety,” the department noted.

Rescuers reminded that when visiting the national park it is necessary to dress and put on shoes appropriate for the weather and not climb the rocks without special equipment and training.
