Elon Musk sets up his own party. “We will give you freedom”

“Today, a party of America is being created that will give you your freedom,” wrote on the website X the boss of Tesla, who is a fierce critic of the budget law signed on Friday by Trump.
“In relation to 2 to 1, you want a new political party and you will get it! As for the bankruptcy of our country with waste and corruption, we live in a single -party system, not in democracy,” added the billionaire.
Elon Musk's entry
On Friday, when the Americans celebrated Independence Day, Musk asked Internet users on platform X if they were in favor of creating a new group – a party of America. “Independence Day is the perfect time to ask if you want independence from a two -party system (according to some monoparty)! Should we create a party of America?” Musk wrote.
Over 1.2 million votes were cast in the poll, including 65 percent for “yes”. “One way would be focusing only on two or three places in the Senate and eight to ten electoral districts to the House of Representatives,” said the billionaire. He added that getting only a few seats could “be a decisive voice with controversial laws.”
Musk has already suggested creating a new political group in the USA. On Monday, when he re -criticized the draft budget act of the president, he announced that in the event of its vote in the United States a party of America would be created. He also wrote that every member of the Congress who will vote for the Budget Act should be ashamed. It is a “one great beautiful act” that combines tax cuts with social expenditure cuts and increasing expenditure on migrants deportations.
The dispute between Donald Trump and Elon Musk
Musk, who was the largest sponsor of the Trump election campaign, at the end of May ended his work for the White House as the head of the Government Performance Department (Doge).
At the beginning of June, there was a sharp exchange of sentences between him and Trump. The billionaire called the presidential bill of the budget act “stripe”, supported the call to his impeachment, and even insinuated that Trump, together with the billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, used underage girls. Trump, in turn, said he was “very disappointed” by his former close advisor. He assessed that Musk “went crazy” and suggested that he could end the contracts concluded between the American government and Muska. According to President, Musk is nervous because the act will cut payments for electric vehicles.
Later, Musk wrote that he “regrets some of his posts” about the president, he admitted that they “went too far” and, according to the media, talked to Trump before he publicly expressed remorse.
