Liverpool have reached an agreement with Austria Vienna and secured the transfer of Ifeanyi Ndukwe, according to Austrian media and Fabrizio Romano.

The young defender will join the “Cormorants” only in the summeraccording to Alexander Huber, a journalist at the Austrian publication kurier.at. It mentions that the player is considered by officials of the English champions as “a great talent”, already anticipating the succession of captain Virgil van Dijk.
Curiously, Ndukwe is yet to make his debut for Austria Vienna's first team, having made six appearances for the Austrian capital club's second team and one for the juniors in the current season.
