The number of participants in the action “I choose clean air” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory exceeded 40 thousand people

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 40 thousand people have become participants in the All -Russian campaign “I am choosing clean air”.

A large -scale event started throughout the country in May. In the region, the cities of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Norilsk, Lesosibirsk and Minusinsk were participants. But, they say in the Ministry of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, you can accept an environmental call and record your sports achievements regardless of the place of residence and location.

This can be done with the help of the “Ecodector of Green Habits” on the VKontakte social network. You can also simply indicate on your personal page the number of kilometers traveled or the distance that you drove on an environmentally friendly transport. The message must have a settlement and a hashtag #chosen tolerance. This will allow the organizers to accurately calculate the results of the participants in the event. Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have already introduced more than 200 thousand kilometers into the general “piggy bank”.

Residents of Lesosibirsk, in support of the environmental initiative, held an eco-cross-country bicycle race, entered the hiking shares “Come to Breathe Easily” and “The Green Heaven Festival”, and also refused to use cars during the “transport pause” for one day.

In Minusinsk, the Spartakiads, an open football championship and the sports orientation championship were held. In Achinsk, it was possible to replenish the action piggy bank during the athletic race in honor of the City Day and the bike racket.

Krasnoyarsk residents, as part of the action, could ride public ecost transport for free. In a day, more than 11 thousand people transported electric buses and traveled almost 3 thousand kilometers. Also in the city there was a family race, initiated by the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, and the sports festival “Festival of Opportunities”. In Norilsk, sports holidays were organized in children's health camps and a tourist rally passed.

The results of the action are planned to be summed up in September. The most active participants and users of the Chat Bot “Ecodecter of Green Habits” will receive commemorative prizes from the organizers and sponsors of the event.

But the main task of the event is the real opportunity to improve the ecology of the region and its city. Each of the action performed, whether it is a refusal of a car on gasoline, planting trees, participation in a subbotnik on the cleaning of the territory, not only brings eco -blocks that affect the personal rating of the participant and on the position of his city in the general regional standings, but also helps to protect the environment and positively affects the ecosystem in the region, contributing to the goals of the national project “Ecological Blood”.
