The second is the growth of labor productivity. The Krasnoyarsk Territory has good experience of a regional competence center that helps enterprises and institutions set up processes and work more efficiently. Mikhail Kotyukov said that these practices need to be scaled to all industries. And also more actively implement digital technologies to overcome the personnel shortage and move towards an economy of high wages.
Third, the president declared 2026 the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia. The head of the region indicated that in every industry there should be solutions and projects that will strengthen friendship and mutual understanding in our multinational region.
In his Telegram channel, Mikhail Kotyukov said that he had instructed the ministers to prepare specific proposals in these areas by the end of the week. On their basis, state programs will be adjusted and the government’s work will be structured for the whole year.
