In the Irkutsk region, authorities are taking measures to solve the problem of gasoline shortages. As IrkutskMedia news agency writes, the regional authorities are actively interacting with the federal center and Russian Railways to normalize the fuel situation.
First Deputy Governor of the region Roman Kolesov said that a letter is now being prepared to increase the volume of fuel shipments to regional gas stations
The situation with restrictions on gasoline sales continues to evolve. Previously, the DBK gas station network introduced restrictions on the sale of AI-92 not only in the Irkutsk region, but also in neighboring regions – the Republic of Buryatia and the Trans-Baikal Territory. You can now purchase no more than 20 liters of fuel per person.
At the same time, the region is experiencing a sharp increase in gasoline prices. In the last week alone, fuel prices in Irkutsk have risen by 2 rubles. The situation with rising fuel prices has been continuing since August of this year.
It is noted that social and emergency services are provided with fuel in the required amount and are operating as normal. Similar problems with gasoline supplies are observed in other regions of the country, which prompted the Russian Ministry of Energy to begin monitoring the situation throughout Russia.
