In Krasnoyarsk, bailiffs completed enforcement proceedings in the case of an unauthorized barrier installed in the Cheryomushki-1 SNT. This was reported to the GUFSSP of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The story lasted about two years. Residents of neighboring areas sought to ensure that the passage and passage between the areas became free again. Later, the court allowed the claimant to remove the structure, and then recover the costs from the debtor. On June 8, workers dismantled the barrier. A bailiff and officers from the special forces unit were on site.
After this, the proceedings were completed, since the court decision was actually implemented.
