Important Cautions
- If you eat more than 1 kg of carrots per day for several weeks in a row, the skin (especially the palms and soles) may turn yellow-orange. It's not dangerous, but it's not aesthetically pleasing to everyone. The effect disappears within 2-3 weeks after normalization of consumption.
- Carrots, especially the juice, can slightly stain very fair skin. Always wash off masks thoroughly.
Unlike cosmetics with retinol, carrots work gently, from the inside, supporting natural processes. The effect is cumulative and will be visible after a couple of months.
