Power engineers from Rosseti Siberia tested their literacy and conducted excursions for the participants of the Total Dictation

Electric power workers sat down en masse in Siberia and the Far East.
Hundreds of Rosseti Sibir employees took part in the Total Dictation event. For this purpose, open corporate platforms were organized for the first time in all regions of the company’s presence.
In Krasnoyarsk, a dictation was written at several Rosseti Sibir sites at once. The cultural and educational space “Terra Juridicum” had a full house. Not only professional power engineers came to check their literacy.
“I have been actively participating in total dictation for the last 10 years to encourage students in grades 9-11 to also participate. This year I preferred the Rosseti Siberia site. The dictation took place in a friendly atmosphere. And the presence of a professional photographer and small souvenirs became a pleasant bonus to the intellectual holiday. It was nice to see how many company specialists decided to join in writing a dictation on their day off; some came with their teenage children,” cultural blogger and Russian language teacher Alena Carrol shared her impression.
Employees of the Rosseti Siberia branch – Krasnoyarskenergo, together with other townspeople, wrote a dictation at the Siberian Corporate Energy Training Center. And after the dictation, the power engineers gave those interested a tour of the Vostochnaya substation in the Sovetsky district.
“They spoke very clearly, clearly and professionally about the features of the substation equipment, about the generation system as a whole: how electricity flows from the main power lines into distribution networks and into our homes. After this excursion, I will be able to tell the children about power supply, I liked everything very much,” Olga Sapozhnikova, a participant in the total dictation, Krasnoyarsk teacher, shared her impressions.
In Lesosibirsk, the dictation was written by the power engineers of Northern Electric Networks, a branch of Krasnoyarskenergo. The text was read by the head of the operational dispatch service, Veniamin Filippov. After the dictation, he gave an excursion to the operational control center. Residents of the city joined the action with their entire families, for example, the Sayetov family – Ruslan, Victoria and daughter Alena. They participate in the “Total Dictation” every year and this time they happily chose the power engineering site in Lesosibirsk.
The dictation was also written by the power engineers of Eastern Electric Networks and Minusinsk Electric Networks of the Rosseti Sibir branch – Krasnoyarskenergo. And outside the Krasnoyarsk Territory, branches of Khakasenergo, Altaienergo, Omskenergo, Kuzbassenergo – RES, Buryatenergo, Chitaenergo, as well as Rosseti Siberia Tyvaenergo joined the action. In total, about 500 employees of Rosseti Sibir took part in the total dictation.
