The Supervisory Board of ZE PAK appointed Piotr Żak as the president of the company's management board – ZE PAK announced in a press release. At the same time, the supervisory board entrusted Andrzej Janiszowski, the current president of the management board, with the function of vice-president of ZE PAK.

Piotr Żak has been the President of the Management Board of Telewizja Polsat since January 2024 and the President of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat since December 2025.

From March 2016 to July 2024, he sat on the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat, and since January 2024 he has been the president of the management board of this company. In June 2018, he was appointed to the supervisory board of Cyfrowy Polsat, the parent company of the Polsat Plus Group, where from June 2023 to July 2024 he was vice-chairman of the supervisory board.

In the years 2018-2024 he sat on the Supervisory Board of Netia, and in the years 2019-2024 on the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel, the operator of the Plus network. From 2020 to 2025, he was a member of the supervisory boards of Asseco Poland and Mobiem Polska.

It was previously reported that the general meeting of shareholders of ZE PAK appointed five new members of the company's supervisory board on Monday. The composition of the supervisory board was supplemented by five new people – Tobias Solorz, Aleksandra Żak, Daniel Ozon, Aleksander Grad and Jarosław Grzesiak. All new members were proposed by Jarosław Kołkowski, who is the representative of Argumenol Investment Company Ltd., the majority shareholder of ZE PAK.

Wiesław Walendziak and Henryk Sobierajski were dismissed from the supervisory board; Even before the meeting began, Sławomir Zakrzewski resigned.
