Poland with the least business -friendly countries in the group of five European countries


Complex business regulations put Poland against the background of neighboring countries in a difficult position. Poland at a crossroads
Despite the complex administrative requirements, Poland remains a country successively building its position in Europe. However, experts emphasized that simplification of regulations for entrepreneurs remains crucial if Poland wants to use its full economic potential.

Infrastructure and international commercial nodes
Poland, using its strategic location, aspires to the role of a key link in international retail chains. Government investments in projects such as a trans-European transport network (TEN-T) or logistics corridors connecting the Baltic with an Adriatic, strengthen our position on the continent. According to experts, these initiatives significantly influence Poland's trade capabilities.

The TMF Global Business Complexity Index 2025 report analyzed regulations in as many as 79 jurisdictions that are responsible for 94 percent. World GDP.
