Several active loans are a burden on the household budget. The solution to the problem of several installments of bank loans may be consolidation of liabilities. See how the differences in offers look like on a specific example, which sometimes amount to just… one penny.

In the December ranking, we present a simulation for a married couple with two children who are currently repaying several cash loans in different banks. The total amount remaining to be repaid is PLN 153,543.90, of which the capital itself is PLN 115,000. Monthly installments amount to PLN 4,550.80, which significantly burdens the household budget. The couple plans to take out an additional loan of PLN 5,000 during consolidation.

Ranking of consolidation loans without insurance

The assumptions made regarding the analyzed household are as follows: both spouses have been working under an employment contract for an indefinite period for several years. Their monthly net income is PLN 7,890 (man) and PLN 6,950 (woman), respectively, which gives a total of PLN 14,840. Farm expenses include, among others: four active loan installments that constitute the current financial burden. Customers have a good credit history and are classified as new to the bank because they have not used its products in the last 12 months.

The leader in the December ranking of consolidation loans is Consolidation Loan available in Citi Handlowy Bank. The monthly installment of the loan is PLN 2,941 and the total cost of the loan is PLN 21,158.34.

He was placed in the runner-up position Consolidation loan located in the portfolio VeloBank. The monthly repayment of the loan is PLN 2,957.80, which translates into a total cost of PLN 21,974.40.

Third place in the table was taken by two consolidation loans, the total cost of which differs by only one penny. The offers that ranked third are: Consolidation loan at BNP Paribas and Light consolidation loan at Bank Pocztowy. The presented simulations show that for each of the products, the customers in the example can count on an installment of PLN 2,957.23 per month. In turn, the cost of the loan is respectively PLN 21,947.03 in the case of BNP Paribas and PLN 21,947.04 in Bank Pocztowy.

The second table presents a list of consolidation loans including insurance. As in the previous ranking, the order of offers was determined based on the total cost of the loan.

It came first in the insurance consolidation ranking Light consolidation loan offered by Postal Bank. The monthly installment is PLN 3,125.99 and the total cost of the loan is PLN 29,854.71.

He took second place BNP Paribas with a consolidation loanwhose monthly installment is PLN 3,197.23. The total cost of the loan is PLN 33,467.03.

The offer closes the podium Cash loan from VeloBank. The monthly repayment is PLN 3,291.44, which translates into a total cost of PLN 37,989.12.
