According to forecasts, meteorological conditions unfavorable for the dispersion of harmful impurities in the atmospheric air, will last in the city for a day – until 19:00 on December 30.
During the “black sky” regime, residents are advised not to open windows in their apartments, carry out wet cleaning more often, drink more clean water and be outside less often. Industrial enterprises must begin to reduce emissions.
