The Ukrainian General Staff reported that Storm Shadow cruise missiles were used to attack a refinery in Novoshakhtinsk in the Rostov Oblast in western Russia.

It was added that this refinery is the largest infrastructure of this type in southern Russia and the oil processed by it goes to the Russian military in the form of diesel and aircraft fuel.
