According to preliminary data, by the end of 2025, the Boguchanskaya HPP will supply consumers with more than 17.2 billion kilowatt-hours of clean energy. The result is comparable to the design annual productivity of the hydroelectric power station, and corresponds to the hydrological conditions prevailing on the Angara River. The station fully complied with the requirements of the Yenisei Basin Water Administration – it ensured the safe passage of the flood, maintained the level of the Angara during the navigation period and accumulated water resources for the 2025/2026 heating season. Since the launch of the first units in 2012, the Boguchanskaya HPP has supplied consumers with more than 196 billion 375 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
The HPP personnel fully completed the repair program: scheduled routine repairs were carried out on all hydraulic units, and major repairs were carried out on units No. 2 and 5. Based on the results of monitoring the condition of the equipment, the Ministry of Energy in November issued a certificate of readiness for the heating season to the Boguchanskaya HPP. Employees of the Operational Service held internal competitions of professional skills between shifts, in which 35 specialists took part, including recent graduates of specialized universities. The best employees for key positions have been identified, and a team is being formed to participate in the All-Russian competitions for operational personnel in 2026.
Total payments of taxes and contributions to extra-budgetary funds in 2025, according to preliminary estimates, will exceed 14.4 billion rubles. The budget of the Russian Federation will receive about 8.8 billion rubles from the Boguchanskaya HPP, the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive more than 5.3 billion rubles. Contributions to the budget of the Kezhemsky District will exceed 16.5 million rubles.
The HPP staff celebrated the 10th anniversary of the station reaching its design capacity with a large program of public events. The key events were the opening of a new corporate museum, which embodied the history of the Lower Angara region from the Stone Age to the present day. The most striking sporting event of the autumn and winter in the Kezhemsky district was the large Spartakiad dedicated to the anniversary of the station – many sports fans took part in it.
The program of charitable and sponsorship activities of Boguchanskaya HPP JSC in 2025, by decision of the Board of Directors, was increased and implemented in the amount of 12.2 million rubles, which is 25% more than in 2024 (9.74 million). Using the station's funds, the city of Kodinsk purchased equipment for the rescue service, a children's slide and a New Year tree, and a children's playground was installed in the village of Tagara. The Kezhemsky district received two thousand cubic meters of sand and other materials for the improvement of populated areas.
The Kezhemsky district hospital purchased a monitor to monitor the condition of patients, the district library acquired about a thousand volumes of new books, and the Rassvet district cultural center acquired modern acoustic equipment. The Center for Continuing Education has made a big step forward in its work, where a virtual reality class has been opened with funds from the Hydroelectric Power Station. New equipment for the athletics section will allow students of the sports school to achieve great success. Responding to requests for help, energy workers supported local public organizations and charitable foundations. A Program of Charitable and Sponsorship Activities for 2026 has been formed, which includes new projects to support educational, health and cultural institutions, career guidance for teenagers and improvement of populated areas.
