In the Boguchansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic police officers at one time filed a crime against a 26-year-old motorist 50 protocols for non-payment administrative fines on time.

It was established that since the beginning of the year, the driver has been brought to administrative responsibility 56 times for violating traffic rules, but has not paid any of the imposed fines. The total amount of debt exceeded 55,000 rubles.
The administrative materials compiled against him were sent to the court. According to Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a persistent offender faces one of the following types of punishment: a double fine (in excess of the unpaid amount); up to 15 days of arrest; compulsory work for up to 50 hours.
State traffic inspectors recommend that all road users not wait for compulsory collection measures and keep receipts for payment of fines.
