“I have a man whom I love and who loves me, which is very important. I do not advertise my life. I have been in the public eye for a long time and now is the moment when I want to protect my personal life. People who are close to people who are on stage do not always sign up to be discussed,” the singer said.
Burmaka noted that her beloved man does not want publicity.
“This is not a person from show business. We have known each other for a very long time. There was a period when we had already met, many, many years before that. Then life separated us. And now we just feel good together. It is very important when a person loves you and you feel it,” she added.
Burmaka stated that she does not seek marriage.
“It’s unlikely that I will become a bride. Marriage is not for me. But I met this man more than 20 years ago. He lived in Canada then, he is Ukrainian. Now he is in Ukraine, but not in Kyiv. We don’t see each other very often, but we understand each other very well. And I find his jokes very funny. This is very important,” she admitted.
Context
Burmaka was twice married to Ukrainian producer Dmitry Nebesiychuk. They met at a music festival. In their marriage, they had a daughter, Yarina (1995). The couple finally separated in 2000. Nebesiychuk died two days after got burns during a fire in his home in January 2022.
