A well-known chain from the USA has opened its 30th restaurant in Poland


The drive-thru was launched at ul. Wrocławska 52, next to the gas station. This is the fifth restaurant of the chain in the Wrocław agglomeration.
“The new location in Długołęka is an element of the nationwide expansion of the Popeyes brand, which has already opened 19 new locations in 2025 alone and plans to open further openings by the end of the year,” we read in the chain's press release.

“Długołęka is an excellent location for us – an intensively traveled route, proximity to Wrocław and high traffic of travelers make it a natural step in the development of the brand,” says Kamila Węcka, marketing manager of the Popeyes chain in Poland

This means that there is still significant room for development in Poland, also for QSR restaurants, and especially for brands with a clear and distinctive value proposition and attractive menu – said Jerzy Tymofiejew, CEO of Rex Concepts CEE, who is responsible for the company's development in our country, recently in Business Insider Polska.

Jerzy Tymofiejew admits that customers are still waiting for the chain's restaurants, including: in Gdańsk, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Łódź. Therefore, we can probably expect new locations of the chain in the future.
The Popeyes chain comes from Louisiana, USA, where the company was established in 1972. Currently, it has over 4,000 stores. points around the world. Rex Concepts is responsible for the development of the Popeyes brand in Central and Eastern Europe. Unlike, for example, the McDonald's chain, Popeyes does not base its development on the franchise model – and there are no such plans for the Polish market yet.
