The Moscow military registration and enlistment office accused the student of cutting out his own gall bladder in order to avoid the army

In 2023, MSEU student Vladislav V. went under the knife: he had surgery to remove his gallbladder. Having successfully recovered from the operation, Vladislav went to the Tsaritsyn military registration and enlistment office to submit a certificate, but the documents were not accepted there.
Vlad was informed that all data about the operation had already been entered into a single system, and he did not need paperwork. With a calm soul, the young man went home, but it soon became known that he had been assigned category B-3 (“fit for military service with minor restrictions”).
Vlad went to court. Together with a lawyer, he ordered an independent examination, and it showed that the student must have category D, that is, not fit for service.
The court sided with the medical student and declared the decision of the military registration and enlistment office illegal. Vlad was sent for a second medical examination.
However, the staff lawyer of the Tsaritsyn military registration and enlistment office stands her ground: in her opinion, the guy performed the operation on himself so as not to serve in the army. The student appealed to the prosecutor's office with accusations of libel.
