To build a road to a new school in Michurinskoye, the Krasnoyarsk mayor's office is purchasing land

To build an access road in the Michurinsky microdistrict to a new school in Obraztsovo, the Krasnoyarsk administration is purchasing land plots. This was reported by the GradVestnik telegram channel.
The new road should run from Volzhskaya along a residential building at 5I Aprelskaya Street with access to Kutuzova. The project is being developed by Grazhdanproekt JSC, and the documentation is verified by state expertise.
Let us remind you that there is a problem with travel in The Michurinsky microdistrict has been worrying residents for a long time. Newslab talked about it in more detail in the report. In the first quarter of 2027 there will be a nearby a school for 1280 places, which again draws attention to the need for a normal access road.
Now, as the mayor’s office notes, nine sites have been assessed, and the owners have received draft agreements. Construction of the road is scheduled to begin in 2026.
