In Krasnoyarsk, metro builders reported on the construction of the first 500 meters of tunnels in the section from Vysotnaya towards Kopylov.
The tunnel here is being built by the Eugene shield. Now it operates at a depth of 28 meters and is located at the intersection of Vysotnaya and Krupskaya streets.
“We installed 407 out of 1,887 reinforced concrete rings. We employ 45 specialists per shift to service the TBM,” explained the metro construction workers.
The “Evgeniy” shield passed the half-kilometer mark from Vysotnaya towards Kopylov.
Let us recall that at the beginning of November the regional government reported that the Anastasia shield, which builds a tunnel from Revolution Square towards the railway station, has already traveled about 350 meters. In total, the length of the tunnels is already approaching 6 km out of 11 planned.
