At the same time, the volumes of supplies of Russian fuel oil jumped up to 882 thousand barrels per day, which is 48% more than in July – approximately to the level of the beginning of the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation to Ukraine in 2022. The publication states that the supply of fuel oil from the Russian Federation has grown, in particular to Asia (more than half from the beginning of the month) and to Turkey.
