The regional government recalled that currently 29 agreements on the integrated development of territories have been concluded in the region. They concern land plots with a total area of ​​455 hectares. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services noted that the urban planning potential of the territory exceeds 4 million square meters. meters of housing.

In addition, the developer takes responsibility for the overhaul of the school, the transfer of apartments for relocation from emergency housing, and the provision of land plots to the municipality for the construction of social facilities,” the ministry recalled.

Maxim Govorushkin noted that Krasnoyarsk became the first city in the region to use this mechanism.

“We are working to spread the practice of implementing CRT in other territories of the region, primarily in supporting cities. We set a goal to involve at least 1,000 hectares of inefficiently used areas in the CRT by 2030,” explained the deputy minister.

The need for new approaches to the creation of microdistricts and the development of territories was emphasized by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov during a recent inspection of the construction of a kindergarten on Verbnaya Street in the regional capital.
