Biden bit at least two children during Halloween celebrations at the White House
The US President and his wife, dressed as a panda, handed out candy to children who came for treats from the President dressed as Pikachu, Huggy Waggy, a dinosaur, a turtle and other characters and animals.
The president even tried to bite the child in a chicken costume, whom Biden carried in his arms.
