As Onet reported, on Tuesday at the PiS headquarters at ul. The annual Christmas wafer meeting with Jarosław Kaczyński took place at Nowogrodzka Street. At the same time, Mateusz Morawiecki organized his own Christmas meeting, to which he invited almost a hundred politicians. According to the website, the party perceived it as a “confrontational gesture” towards the PiS president.

Who is the leader of the right wing?
SW Research, commissioned by rp.pl, asked Poles the following question: “Who do you think is the leader of the Polish right wing today?”
President Karol Nawrocki won 28.9 percent. votes, while 19 percent chose the PiS president. respondents.
Third place went to Sławomir Mentzen from Konfederacja (9.1%), followed by Grzegorz Braun (6.2%) and Krzysztof Bosak (4.7%).
Interestingly, as many as 29.5 percent respondents chose the answer “I have no opinion”, and 2.4 percent indicated another politician.

Donald Tusk about Jarosław Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki
Prime Minister Donald Tusk senses the public mood well. — It is known that Jarosław Kaczyński lost the status of the leader of the Polish right or the leader of the Polish right, and it seems that he will definitely – he said recently.
– This is probably the reason why his almost cult in Law and Justice is disappearing and has actually become a thing of the past – added the head of government.
The Prime Minister also referred to the vice-president of PiS, Mateusz Morawiecki. He said that what the former prime minister is currently “doing” is “unbelievable”, and a few months ago it would have been “absolutely unthinkable”.
— It's a bit funny that the competition is even on Christmas Eve from what I've read, right? – said Tusk. – At least sit at the same table on Christmas Eve – he added, referring to PiS politicians.
Mateusz Morawiecki himself emphasized that – in the light of media reports about disputes between factions in PiS – he does not intend to create his own party. PiS is my party, he added. He also emphasized that the leader of the Polish right wing is the party president, Jarosław Kaczyński.
